How Medrek Group works
From your first message to an optional, consumer-authorized attorney introduction — at your pace, in your language.
How it works
- 1
Tell Medrek Group what happened
Complete a short intake in your preferred language. This is an administrative intake, not a legal consultation.
- 2
Speak with a multilingual intake specialist
A specialist may contact you to confirm the facts and documents you choose to provide. Medrek Group does not evaluate legal rights or medical needs.
- 3
Medrek Group organizes your information
With your permission, Medrek Group prepares an administrative intake summary. Medrek Group does not decide whether you have a claim or estimate its value.
- 4
You decide whether to request an attorney
Medrek Group will not send your information to a law firm unless you affirmatively request attorney assistance.
- 5
You choose a disclosed participating firm
If service is available in the relevant state, Medrek Group may show you participating independent firms. You choose whether and where your information is sent.
- 6
You authorize a specific transfer
Before any transfer, Medrek Group identifies the selected firm and obtains separate authorization to send the intake packet.
- 7
The law firm decides independently
The firm conducts its own review and decides whether to offer a consultation or representation. No relationship exists unless you engage the firm directly.
