Before any transfer, you must separately authorize Medrek Group to send your intake packet to a named firm. Participating law firms may pay Medrek Group fixed fees for documented multilingual intake and administrative services. Fees are not based on whether you retain a firm, the amount recovered, or the legal fees earned. You do not pay Medrek Group for the intake or attorney-choice service. Participation does not guarantee that a firm will accept your matter or achieve any result.
