Frequently Asked Questions

Requesting an attorney introduction is optional. If you ask, Medrek Group may show disclosed independent participating law firms without ranking or recommending one. Before any transfer, you must separately authorize Medrek Group to send your intake packet to a named firm. Participating law firms may pay Medrek Group fixed fees for documented multilingual intake and administrative services. Fees are not based on whether you retain a firm, the amount recovered, or the legal fees earned. You do not pay Medrek Group for the intake or attorney-choice service. Participation does not guarantee that a firm will accept your matter or achieve any result.
